Achievements

2023 - Sydney project

Our project, carried out between 2017 and 2023, aimed to renovate, maintain and paint the Harbor Bridge in Sydney. For this, we produced a total of 276 2×520 m rails, 2×36 m platforms and their running works, 4 maintenance equipment and 280 consoles. We had never worked on such a complex project before.

2023 - WELDING COMPETITION

In 2023, Rehm Hegesztéstechnika Kft. organized a welding competition for the 5th time. This time, our company participated in the organisation of the competition as co-organiser. 12 competitors made it to the finals, including our employees Zsolt Domján and Dániel Kovács.

2022 - Split

We are proud of the fact that we were the first in the world to produce a heavy-duty chassis that could be split in two along its longitudinal axis, which was incorporated into a demonstration product carrying a wind turbine blade. This would not have been possible without the outstanding expertise and persistent work of our colleagues. Since the prototype, we have received several orders for this product.

Abu Dhabi

We built a building maintenance facility for the World Trade Center in Abu Dhabi.

Shanghai Tower

We built building maintenance equipment for the 3rd tallest building in the world.

FISH LADDER

Environmental awareness is extremely important to Pylon-94 Kft.’s management and employees, and we also take into account the requirements of the ISO 14001 standard during our work.

That is why we were happy to undertake the production of this fish ladder for our Austrian partner, the delivery of which, due to its dimensions, was only possible with a special transport vehicle and the coordinated, precise work of the contributors.

2009 - GIRDER TROLLEY

In 2009, we produced a particularly large girder trolley for one of our partners. Our colleagues also undertook the on-site assembly in Dunaújváros.

2009 - BOAT CRANE TURNTABLE

In 2009, we faced a huge challenge again. We manufactured a ship’s crane rotating anchor stool with a diameter of 22 metres.

2017: HARMATH TIBOR

2017:  Our colleague Tibor Harmath won 1st place in the welding competition!

In 2017, the welding competition called “Art in Focus” was organized by REHM Kft. and Messer Hungarogáz Kft. for the fourth time.

30 applications were received for the competition announced in the spring. The 10 finalists were selected based on the results of the qualifiers held at the end of the summer. The organizers provided a description of the competition tasks in advance, provided the competitors with a welding machine, shielding gas and thorough technological assistance for the preparation period.

Our company was represented by welder Tibor Harmath. After evaluating the first task, it became clear that it was worth for him to get up early and travel so far. As in previous years, the jury wrote down the scores for each task on a board without a name, marked with an identification number. The jury revealed their names at the results announcement, starting from 10th place.

After receiving congratulations, we went home with pride and satisfaction.

2015 Our colleague Zsolt Domján won 2nd place in the welding competition.

In the national welding competition organized by REHM Welding Ltd. and Messer Hungarogáz Ltd., our colleague Zsolt Domján won 2nd place.

The 10 finalists were selected from the approximately 300 entrants in a qualification round, and had to prove their knowledge and skills by welding six different test pieces in the training hall of the Dunaújváros College.

During the competition, a monitor was set up to follow the proceedings of the workshop, and professional presentations and exhibitions were organised for those present.

Depending on their placement, the participants could win valuable gifts and prizes.
